Praxis Lab
The portfolio

Operating problems we turned into working systems.

A portfolio of vertical software assets at different stages of evidence. Some are being validated with buyers. Some are proving live workflows. Some remain bounded hypotheses. The difference is intentional.
Not five equal bets.
Ownership, maturity, and evidence stage are labeled throughout. Evidence stage describes what a product has learned; product status describes how far it has been built. Where client or buyer specifics cannot be shared, we show sanitized workflows or describe the work without inventing outcomes.
Current strategic portfolio

The products receiving active allocation, by evidence stage.

Stage describes product maturity — what a product has established, not who is looking at it. Each card opens an illustrative product preview: sample states, never a live product or real customer data.

Validate

Testing the product with relevant enterprise users, buyers, and strategic participants to determine its strongest commercialization path.

2 products

Prove

Validating the live workflow with real operators and observable outcomes.

1 product

Define

Defining the domain, buyer, and product thesis through bounded discovery and product work.

1 product

Discover

Researching the workflow, operator pain, and economic buyer before committing significant build resources.

Broader Praxis work

Products and platforms that shaped the model.

Praxis Lab products outside the current strategic set. They are real work and remain part of the record — they are not presented as active strategic bets.

The full index

Everything in one place — products, studio platforms, and the decision prototypes built inside enterprise engagements. Filter by operating domain or relationship to Praxis Lab.

16 systems

Some entries are Praxis Lab products; others are studio platforms, pilots, or decision prototypes built to answer a specific enterprise question. Where a real outcome cannot be shared, we show sanitized workflows or describe what the work revealed rather than invent a result.

What deserves to be built next

The next one is not on this page yet.

Some of what Praxis builds starts as our own thesis; some starts as a decision an enterprise is facing. Either way, the evidence comes before the commitment.

Working software first. Opinions second.
